General Maintenance Team Member

Shift: 7am-3pm

Friday/Saturday

Our Maintenance team plans general repair work on property, performs routine maintenance on building systems, cleans and assists with overall upkeep of entire property. Here's what you'd be responsible for:

* Perform general maintenance functions like light electrical work, routine plumbing maintenance, repair of furnishings, routine equipment and building inspections, and upkeep of machinery, equipment, structures, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

* Conduct preventative maintenance on housekeeping equipment and kitchen appliances, making any necessary repairs.

* Maintain clean work environment in all maintenance areas.

* Assist with snow removal and salting as needed.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred with minimum of one experience in maintenance field. Must have strong understanding of basic electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and refrigeration. Must have a valid driver's license, safe driving record, and meet company insurance requirements. Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with persons of diverse backgrounds. Must be able to climb and work from a ladder.
