Warehouse Attendant – Adventure land Park

• Ensure availability of products while maintaining a clean work area.
• Perform all warehouse duties while following established safety procedures and using the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Maintain compliance with company and industry best practices, policies, and procedures to create a safe environment for colleagues and guests.
• Unload trucks and count quantities to verify delivered amounts.
• Process, receive, rotate, and correctly store retail, paper products, food, and food product items within the warehouse (dry storage, frozen, and refrigerated areas).
• Deliver orders from the warehouse to individual retail stands, concessions, catering areas, and other facilities via pick‑up truck/golf cart, van, hand cart, or on foot.
• Complete orders and responsibilities quickly and responsively.
• Ensure ice and air voids are delivered to designated locations before park opening.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or inventory needs to management.
• Perform inventory controls and maintain quality standards for audits.
• Conduct product inventories on a routine basis and update daily inventory logs.
• Maintain proper organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and equipment.
• Assist at other food and beverage locations or with catering events as needed.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years prior warehouse experience a plus but not required.
• Must become certified to operate forklifts and/or other mechanical equipment within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English;
  Spanish or other bilingual languages are a plus.

• Must be at least 18 years of age to comply with Iowa Child Labor Laws.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work until later hours of the evening, from open to close.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from your scheduled shift.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to safely and efficiently operate motorized vehicles and equipment.
• Compliance with all uniform policies.
• Exceptional customer‑service skills with ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns positively and professionally.
• Ability to follow direction, multi‑task, and work independently or as part of a team.

• Stand, walk, and remain on feet for the majority of the workday.
• Frequently stoop, twist, kneel, bend, squat, or reach above shoulders.
• Work in enclosed spaces and refrigerated areas.
• Withstand heat and humidity in outdoor food stands and restaurants.
• Use step ladders safely.
• Carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Frequent use of hands to grasp, control, move objects, and tools.
• Observe details of objects more than a few feet away.

• Frequent interaction with many indoor and outdoor areas of the park.
• Variable outside temperatures, including high heat, cold, direct sun, humidity, dust, rain, snow, and other weather conditions.
• Frequent exposure to refrigerated temperatures.
• Frequent repetitive motion and lifting of heavy objects.
• Some exposure to dust and chemical cleaning agents.
• Frequent interruptions and requests that may require reprioritization of activities.
