YES Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep our Iowa community safe, organized, and well-maintained. You will handle preventive maintenance, manage work orders, assist with new home delivery, and respond to resident requests with care and professionalism.
In this role you will inspect utilities, read water meters, and help maintain common areas, while following OSHA standards and safety protocols. A valid in-state driver’s license and basic refurbishment experience are preferred.
