The Maison des Mirabelliers - Lexy
An associative EHPAD welcoming 90 residents, offering a safe, caring, and green living environment. The establishment supports dependent elderly people, some with cognitive disorders, promoting autonomy and quality of care.
We are recruiting a Maintenance Agent on a permanent contract.
Your missions:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work on buildings in accordance with procedures
- Ensure the safety and maintenance of facilities and premises
- Install, maintain, and check technical equipment
- Follow up on interventions and liaise with service providers
- Ensure the proper functioning of equipment after intervention
- Contribute to the comfort, safety, and well-being of residents on a daily basis

Holder of a CAP/BEP in multi-technical maintenance, you ideally have first experience in a similar position.
Technical skills:
- Multi-technical maintenance (electricity, plumbing, locksmithing, painting)
- Knowledge of safety rules and fire safety system (FSIS)
