Ensure that all custodial equipment is in proper working order and in a condition of operating excellence, appearance and safety.
Qualifications- Education / Certification:
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred college/technical training in related field
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Special Knowledge /
Skills:- Ability to read and understand English
- Knowledge of major and minor repair techniques on custodial equipment
- Experience in washer and dryer repair
- Able to diagnose and repair equipment in the shop and field when necessary
- Good communications skills
Effective ability to give instructions - Must be well organized and self‑motivated
- Strong knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions associated with the work
- Ability to teach/operate cleaning equipment and lift/heavy equipment
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel
- Experience:
- Five years experience in a related field
