Position: Technician, General Facilities Maintenance  Journeyman Plumber

Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures by following established preventive maintenance schedules and guidelines;
Performs major and minor repairs on facilities, equipment, or fixtures by utilizing multiple craft skills (for example, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, material handling equipment, food equipment);
Manages work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors by completing and providing required written and electronic information;
Leads and participates in teams by using and sharing resources, information, and tools; coordinating and executing work assignments; providing advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved;
Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
