Starting Pay: $18.0 per hour

• Lead a team in a complex, task‑oriented janitorial operation environment.
• Provide direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center Team and KBS Field Operations Team by responding efficiently, timely, and accurately to all escalations.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, break rooms, and other working areas as needed.
• Follow the Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
• Coordinate supporting callouts by directly working or splitting shifts among the team and shift lead to cover daily schedules.
• Deliver feedback on ongoing activities and ensure timely escalation reporting to the KBS Management Team.

• At least 1 year of experience in a lead/supervisory role.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer‑service oriented, friendly, positive demeanor, able to motivate team members and support customer requests in an orderly, timely manner.
• Comfortable using the KBSPresence mobile time‑keeping app on a personal mobile device; all non‑exempt employees must download it to clock in/out.
