Pest Control Technician

Job Overview and Responsibilities

• We’ll provide you with a company truck for your daily routes.
• You will treat residential homes with pest control products, receiving training on the methods.
• You will communicate with customers throughout the day, ensuring a positive experience for each client.
• Your schedule may change due to cancellations or additions; you should be flexible and ready to adapt.

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 21 years of age or older (required by insurance)
• Background‑check clearance (required for entering customer homes)
• Motivation to work hard and willingness to learn
• Enthusiastic, likable, and good conversationalist

• Full‑time positions available.
• Commission on sales (sales not required).
• Growth potential through internal promotion.
• Base pay $2,000‑2,400 per month (plus potential bonuses).
• Typical hours:
  Monday–Friday 8 AM‑5 PM;
  Saturday 8 AM‑5 PM (flexible).
