Eaton's EPG CHD EP Americas division is currently seeking a Maintenance and Reliability Supervisor - 1st Shift. This role is onsite at our Amarillo, TX facility. 1st Shift
Hours:
6AM-2:30PM Monday through Friday. Built in 1981, the Amarillo facility, with approximately 150 team members, is a thriving iron foundry that serves our customers with a variety of parts, including conduits, covers and fittings.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. Please note the salary information shown is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
The Maintenance and Reliability Supervisor play a critical role in executing maintenance strategies and ensuring equipment reliability across the Amarillo Operation. Reporting to the Maintenance and Reliability Manager, this position oversees daily maintenance activities, supports asset lifecycle management, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Supervisor leads a team of skilled technicians, coordinates with cross-functional departments, and uses data-driven tools to support operational goals.
In this role you will:
- Supervise and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
- Support the implementation of maintenance strategies and asset lifecycle plans developed by the Maintenance and Reliability Manager.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians across foundry, machining, and plant operations, ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently.
- Monitor daily work orders, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards (LSR) and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to align maintenance activities with operational needs.
- Assist in tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance effectiveness and equipment performance.
- Provide hands-on training and mentorship to team members, fostering continuous improvement and technical development.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors to ensure maintenance work meets company standards and timelines.
- Support budget adherence by managing labor and material resources efficiently.
