* Job Summary:

The Critical Environments Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective planning, scheduling, and coordination of critical environment operations within data centers. This role involves managing work orders, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with operational standards to maintain the highest level of performance and reliability in critical environments.
** Your day-to-day tasks will include -*
* * Work Order Management:
Create, execute, and close work orders for critical environment operations, ensuring all actions are documented in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
* Maintenance Coordination:
Oversee vendor maintenance actions, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
* Scheduling and Planning:
Develop and maintain schedules for maintenance activities, training sessions, and other critical operations. Ensure all activities are planned and executed in accordance with service level agreements.
* Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all maintenance actions are traceable and documented in compliance with operational standards. Maintain accurate records and reports for audit and review purposes.
* Vendor Management:
Source and manage vendors for maintenance and operational activities. Ensure timely and accurate communication with vendors.
* Performance Reporting:
Regularly report on performance, forecast, and spend management. Provide insights and recommendations to improve future performance.
** Desired experience and technical skills -*
* ** Requirements:*
* * 5+ years of experience in an administrative assistant role, Facilities Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience in managing critical environment operations within data centers.
* Strong knowledge of CMMS and maintenance management systems.
* Excellent organizational and planning skills.
* Strong communication and vendor management skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
* Ability to traverse large, campus-like environments
** Preferred:*
* * Experience with data centers or similar environments.
* Knowledge of operational standards and compliance requirements for critical environments.
* Ability to analyze and interpret performance data to drive improvements.
