Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced  Food & Beverage Controller  who can efficiently handle  liquor control operations  across all Pyramid outlets. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of  inventory management, cost control, and audit systems  in restaurants, bars, and lounge setups.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage  food & liquor inventory control  for all outlets
Monitor  liquor stock, consumption, wastage, and variance
Implement and maintain  cost control systems
Conduct  regular stock audits  (daily/weekly/monthly)
Analyze  F&B cost, yield, and variance reports
Ensure proper  recipe costing and portion control
Coordinate with outlet managers and bar teams
Prevent  pilferage, over-pouring, and losses
Maintain MIS reports and submit to management
Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma in  Hotel Management / Hospitality / Commerce
Proven experience as  F&B Controller / Liquor Controller
Strong knowledge of  bar operations, inventory software, and costing
Excellent analytical and reporting skills

Experience:

2–6 years in multi-outlet restaurants / bars / lounges
