Thrive Freeze Dry is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Utah facility. You will supervise the installation, repair, and upkeep of plant equipment and building systems, drive preventative maintenance, and manage budgets and scheduling.
You will lead a 24/7 maintenance team, enforce safety and GMP standards, read blueprints and coordinate with contractors, and continuously seek improvements in reliability and efficiency.
