We are seeking a reliable, versatile Storage Facility Operations and Maintenance. to join our team. In this role, you’ll balance daily hands-on grounds maintenance and warehouse operations with front-office customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, learns quickly, follows directions and takes pride in keeping our facility clean, secure, and welcoming.
Responsibilities- Operating a forklift to move boats and trailers in and out of warehouses
- Checking Uhauls In and Out
- Cleaning and maintaining Uhauls, Storage Units and facility
- Keep grounds clean and well groomed
- Fixing and repairing things as needed
- Helping in office along with many other tasks
- Professional and Reliable
- Must be a team player and able to listen, learn and follow directions.
- Must have experience operating a forklift
- Work in a fast paced environment
- Self motivating. Able to look around and do what needs to be done to keep our facility looking great
- Good customer service skills
This job will start out as part time but could eventually turn into full time if things go well and you are a good fit for Marina Cove Storage.
