Overview

This role supports the organization in providing a safe, well-maintained facility for staff, students, and the community.
Work Schedule3:30pm-12:00am, Monday - Friday; 12-month position (year round)
Responsibilities / Essential Functions- Cleans and maintains assigned rooms throughout the building.
- Assists in preparing the facility for evening and weekend activities.
- Secures the building and performs lock-up duties.
- Utilizes computers to enter work orders, manage email, and submit timesheets and absences.
- Communicates with staff and community members using a two-way radio and cell phone.
- Maintains building grounds during winter conditions through snow removal and ice mitigation.
- Ability to frequently lift, bend, shovel, and carry and move items up to 50 lbs. such as furniture, trash, and bags of ice melt.
- Effectively communicates both verbally and in writing.
$16.70 per hour
