Coastal Ridge Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support residents at our Ames, Iowa community. This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Property Manager and requires upkeep of units, common areas, and exterior spaces while ensuring safety and quality standards.
You’ll perform turnovers, handle after-hours requests, and participate in on-call duties. The ideal candidate has basic maintenance experience, EPA Type I/II preferred, and the ability to use maintenance software.
