INNOVATIVE CONSULTING & MANAGEMENT seeks a Maintenance Technician to support the USDA NCAH at the Ames, IA facility. The role covers the central utility plant and biocontainment systems, with potential entry to BSL-3 labs, requiring strict safety adherence.
You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, pumps, and related equipment, document work orders in IBM Maximo, and respond to Priority 1 issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
