Work Schedule:

3:30pm-12:00am, Monday - Friday; 12-month position (year round)

• Cleans and maintains assigned rooms throughout the building.
• Assists in preparing the facility for evening and weekend activities.
• Secures the building and performs lock-up duties.
• Utilizes computers to enter work orders, manage email, and submit timesheets and absences.
• Communicates with staff and community members using a two-way radio and cell phone.
• Maintains building grounds during winter conditions through snow removal and ice mitigation.

Ability to frequently lift, bend, shovel, and carry and move items up to 50 lbs. such as furniture, trash, and bags of ice melt. Effectively communicates both verbally and in writing.

Compensation: $16.50 per hour
