• Hands-on experience:
  At least 2 years in the trades—carpentry, construction, custodial work, electrical, HVAC, maintenance, painting, plumbing… you name it.
• Jack-of-all-trades mindset:
  If it breaks, you fix it. Even better, you prevent it from breaking in the first place.
• Reliable transportation: A valid Iowa driver's license and dependable wheels to get where you need to be.
• You'll be driving a YSS vehicle, so we need you to:
  Be at least 21
  Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  Carry insurance that meets YSS standards

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sharp eye for what needs attention—and the initiative to take care of it before anyone asks.
• Strong multitasking skills—you stay cool and organized, even when things get busy.
