The House cleaner (Team Lead) is a part‑time, on‑site role based in Amesbury, MA. This role is responsible for performing detailed cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and handling laundry as needed. The Team Lead is responsible for picking up supplies in the morning and dropping them off in the afternoon, cleaning the homes and offices in a timely manner, and ensuring that quality standards and safety protocols are followed at each location.

This position includes interacting with clients in a professional, courteous manner, addressing basic questions or concerns, and communicating updates to management. The House cleaner (Team Lead) will also help train new team members, model best practices, and support a positive, collaborative work environment.

• Strong organization skills and the ability to coordinate cleaning tasks.
• Proficient communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and your team
• Capability to train and guide team members, providing clear instructions and feedback.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort with physical tasks such as standing, lifting, and moving equipment throughout shifts.
• Previous professional cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle required.
• Drug testing and background check required.
