Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver's license High school education preferred 2 years experience in related field. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Essential Job Functions:

* Build various structures requiring the use of various materials.

* Organize fire drills, maintain records of fire drills, check all extinguishers and assist Fire Marshall with inspections.

* Do minor plumbing repairs such as, replacing and unclogging hair traps, unplugging toilets, repairing washers and dryers, replacing broken pipes/water lines.

* Follow established performance standards and performs duties according to maintenance policies and procedures.

* Make environmental rounds routinely and initiate corrective action as necessary.

* Supervise maintenance department personnel.
