Fun, Open, Connect, Ambition, and Love. We are looking for a talented and driven Cluster Revenue Manager to elevate our revenue strategy and drive growth across our hotels. In this role, you are responsible for maximizing revenue potential through smart pricing strategies, optimal use of distribution channels, and sharp market analysis. Responsibilities   Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize revenue and profit across all hotels;
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns, translating insights into targeted pricing adjustments;
Manage and optimize distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, and direct booking platforms;
Monitor market segmentation and target audiences to strengthen revenue streams;
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to create attractive offers and packages that drive revenue and cost efficiency;
Actively use revenue management tools for accurate forecasts and clear reporting;
Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights to senior management;
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging revenue management technologies;
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective coordination within the team.
Qualifications   Completed higher education (HBO or WO), for example in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
Proven experience in revenue management within the hotel industry;
Strong knowledge of revenue management principles and techniques;

Experience with yielding and demand tools; PMS, RMS, and channel managers are essential;
Knowledge of MEWS, Flyr, and Site Minder is a plus;
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights;
Proficient in revenue management systems and related software;
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills;
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
Result-driven mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets;
Strong command of English (minimum B2 level);
Dutch is a plus;
Affinity with sustainability and a motivation to work for a sustainable organization;
Preferably living in or near Amsterdam.
