Voor een stijlvol boutique hotel in het hart van Amsterdam, waar internationale gasten genieten van luxe én persoonlijke service, zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Front Office Teamleider. Het betreft een werving en selectie opdracht. Dit betekent dat je vanaf dag één direct in dienst komt bij onze opdrachtgever.
De rol: jij leidt het team, plant de werkzaamheden in, coacht het personeel en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Daarnaast weet je hoe je moet handelen bij klachten, reserveringen, vragen en speciale verzoeken van gasten.
Responsibilities   You lead the front office team.
You plan and schedule daily operations.
You coach staff and sustain high service level.
You handle complaints, reservations, inquiries and special guest requests.
Qualifications   Completed MBO or HBO education within hospitality.
Experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Experience leading and coaching the reception / front office team.
Ensuring a welcoming and consistent experience for all visitors.
Analyzing and improving guest satisfaction, responding to reviews and feedback.
Optimizing daily processes and collaborating with Housekeeping and F&B.
Serving as point of contact for special requests and guest recovery.
Close collaboration with management to continuously enhance the guest journey.
Ability to manage freedom and responsibility.
Full‑time availability.
Rotational shifts: 07:00‑15:00 and 15:00‑23:00; weekend schedule varies.
