Position: General Manager – Iconic Hospitality Venue in the Heart
We are specifically looking for a General Manager for an iconic hospitality venue located in the heart of Amsterdam, where locals, day-trippers and tourists come together. We are looking for a positive, hands-on leader who wants to commit to the organization for the long term and build a warm, welcoming place together with the team.

A team with lots of energy and drive
High-volume operation with plenty of dynamism, especially during peak moments
We are looking either for someone with more experience and knows how to stay calm and keep overview, and is ambitious
The role   As General Manager, you maintain overview and are actively present on the floor. You set the direction, safeguard the atmosphere and are the point of contact for both the team and guests.

Your responsibilities include   Leading and working alongside the team on the floor
Coaching and developing the team
Creating and maintaining an energetic, welcoming atmosphere
Managing planning, structure and staff deployment
Safeguarding quality and daily operations within a busy concept
A location with clear seasonal dynamics   Summer: full terraces, high tempo and constant energy
Winter: focus on atmosphere, warmth and experience

A hands-on leader with natural authority
Comfortable working with a dynamic team
Able to handle pressure and high volumes
Strong in team spirit and guest connection
A love for craft beer
Living in (or near) Amsterdam
