Zien Group is looking for an experienced Group Reservation Specialist
- Amsterdam.

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Group Reservation Specialist at Zien Group. As a Group Reservation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless coordination of group bookings for our three distinguished hotels in Amsterdam:
The Eden Hotel, The Lancaster Hotel, and The Manor Hotel. This position requires a candidate with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service to our guests.

Overall, Group Reservation Specialist
- Amsterdam will:

• Handle group reservation inquiries, negotiate terms, and provide detailed proposals for group bookings.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop attractive packages and promotions for group reservations.
• Act as the main point of contact for group organizers, addressing inquiries and providing timely and accurate information.
• Liaise with various hotel departments, including sales, catering, and front office, to ensure all group requirements are met.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with group organizers, ensuring terms and conditions are clear and aligned with hotel policies.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A self-starter.
• Commercial and creative mindset.
• Flexible.
• Experience in working in a hotel, operational banqueting, or front office experience is a plus.
• Willing to grow within the group.
• Comfortable working from the corporate office but also enjoys working from the hotels from time to time.
• Capable of setting up site inspections with customers and organizing show-arounds in the hotels.
• Part of the commercial team and works closely with sales and revenue based at the corporate office.
• Reporting directly to the director of sales.
• Likes building relationships with clients.
• Aims to go the extra mile to drive excellence and exceed client expectations.
• Result-driven.
