Maintenance, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

We are looking for an individual to help with the maintenance of our resort facility.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills, must be able to communicate verbally and written
• Maintain a professional appearance.

Duties:

• Respond to all guest repair requests.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.
• Ability to focus attention on details, speed and accuracy.
• Carpentry, plumbing, painting and electrical experienced is needed.
• Perform maintenance activities in the guest room like plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing all types of hardware, electrical equipment including lamps, and air conditioners.
• Perform maintenance activities in hotel public areas like plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing all types of hardware, plumbing and electrical equipment and cosmetic items.
• Program TV's and perform general housekeeping and engineering-related inventory duties.
