HF Sinclair Refining is seeking a Manager Maintenance to lead the Maintenance department in safe, reliable operations at the Anacortes plant. You will supervise about 60 craft and 20 staff, coordinate with other departments, and co-own major maintenance with Capital Projects Construction manager.
Responsibilities include planning outages, managing the maintenance budget, driving Lean improvements, and developing workforce through training and rotations.
