Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $45.00/hr

: 06 Months (Possibility of extension/conversion based on performance and budget)

We are looking for a Facilities Support Technician who provides Preventative & Reactive maintenance on facilities equipment and grounds.

• Limited Preventative & Reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Routine Inspections of Fire Safety Systems.
• Routing Inspections of Facility and Grounds.
• Basic Carpentry and maintenance of facility physical structure.
• Coordinating with vendors on contracted work.
• Basic trouble shooting/repairs on Electrical, Plumbing, walls & floors.

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 0-2 years of prior related experience.
• Must be capable of developing job knowledge/skills.

• Experience with using a facility and equipment CMMS (e.g. Faciliworks)
• OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and/or other related education or professional credentials a plus.
• HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical certifications a plus.
