Maintenance Technician – Core Apartments, Anaheim, CA.

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests.
• Repair appliances.
• Paint and perform general upkeep.
• Handle apartment turnovers.
• Respond to emergency calls and other duties as needed.

• Prefer at least one year of experience in apartment maintenance on a 100+ unit property.
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.) is required.
• Customer‑service attitude and flexibility.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for on‑call rotation.
