Housekeeper Custodian

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking Porters to work at a facility in Anaheim, CA. These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate: $23 / hourW2

Shift Details:

Friday, August 14th08 Porters (Male) 8am – 4pmSaturday, August 15th08 Porters (Male) 8am – 4pmSunday, August 16th10 Porters (Male) 8am – 4pm08 Porters (Male) 2pm – 10pmDuties:

Clean and maintain assigned event, public, and common areas

Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean floors and surfaces

Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners

Clean restrooms and refill paper products, soap, and other supplies

Respond promptly to spills and perform emergency cleanup as needed

Keep hallways, entrances, lobbies, aisles, and surrounding areas clean and clear

Assist with setting up and breaking down tables, chairs, and other event equipment

Move supplies, furniture, and equipment as directed

Clean and maintain assigned tools and equipment

Follow facility cleaning procedures, safety requirements, and supervisor instructions

Perform other related porter, cleaning, and setup duties as assigned

Qualifications:

At least one year—12 months—of experience as a Porter, Janitor, Custodian, or Cleaner Ability to follow cleaning procedures and verbal or written instructions

Knowledge of basic cleaning products, supplies, and equipment

Ability to manage time and complete assigned areas within the scheduled shift

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and lift Ability to safely move supplies, furniture, trash containers, and event equipment

Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

Ability to work independently or as part of a team Availability to work the full assigned shift, including weekends
