What You'll Do Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems accurately and efficiently

Perform advanced electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, and hybrid system repairs

Complete manufacturer warranty and customer-pay repairs to Hyundai standards

Mentor and support developing technicians

Maintain productivity and quality goals while ensuring a safe work environment

Stay current on Hyundai technology, certifications, and training requirements

What You'll Bring3+ years Automotive Dealership experience.

Previous experience with Hyundai or Kia brands.

Diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise

Basic knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and the ability to use dealership computer systems.

Prioritize multiple repair orders while meeting quality and time expectations.

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards The Flat Rate Pay Range for this position is $38.00 - $42.00.This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
