School Janitor – Cleaner – Noorvik, AK

• Keep facilities clean and well maintained. You arrive for each custodial shift ready to work and enjoy getting in the zone, staying efficient, and providing friendly, service-oriented support.
• Perform tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, sanitizing, restocking rooms, and other janitorial duties.
• Remove trash and transport it to proper disposal areas. Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed, such as changing light bulbs.
• Take pride in the school shine at the end of each custodial shift.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience with cleaning equipment and general cleaning processes.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, callouts, etc.
• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• A valid driver's license with a 3-year driving record acceptable to the company's insurance carrier.
