• Working as a professional packer/mover/helper can require frequent lifting and carrying of heavy boxes and/or furniture.
• Climbing stairs or ramps while carrying heavy items is a daily occurrence.
• Kneeling or crouching to wrap furniture is frequent.
• A strong back, shoulders, and knees will help you be successful while carrying, wrapping, or loading heavy items.
• Extending hands and arms in various directions while holding and turning heavy objects around corners is common while making deliveries.
