Overview
Date, time, duration: weekly whole house cleaning for a 4 bed/2.5 bath/2100 sq ft/2 story starting August 2026. Rate negotiable. Schedule preference:
Friday, Thursday or Wednesday, 8 am–5 pm. Pets: two large dogs present; dogs will be out of the house on cleaning day. House details: two young children and all messes typical of a family home.
- Baths: dust/disinfect surfaces; clean mirrors; wipe-down cabinets; vacuum + mop floors; scrub tub/shower; disinfect toilet; swap towels.
- Beds: dust surfaces; change bed sheets/make beds; general tidying; vacuum floors/rugs; clean mirrors.
- Living/Family/Dining: dust surfaces; vacuum carpets; vacuum/mop floors; wipe doors; general tidying.
- Kitchen: disinfect surfaces; wipe down appliances; load/start dishwasher; wipe cabinet exteriors; general tidying; vacuum/mop floors.
- Stairway: vacuum stairs; wipe down baseboards & handrails.
- Laundry: transfer laundry from washer to dryer; start a load; stage sorted dirty laundry for subsequent washes (dirty towels or dirty bedding).
