The Field Support Lead is a highly capable, dependable cleaning professional who works across multiple Janco buildings to fill critical coverage gaps, assist supervisors with operational needs, and support special projects. This role is the backbone of Janco's daily flexibility — you are the person we count on when a building needs extra attention, a supervisor needs hands‑on support, or a project demands a skilled, experienced technician.

The ideal candidate takes ownership, communicates proactively, and holds themselves to a high standard regardless of which building they're in. You won't always have the same routine — and that's the point. You thrive in a role where every day may look a little different.

• Cover open shifts at assigned buildings when regular staff call out or are unavailable
• Step into any cleaning role at any Janco site with minimal ramp‑up time
• Maintain consistent cleaning quality and building standards across all locations
• Complete all assigned tasks before leaving a site — no shortcuts
• Work directly alongside supervisors to help manage heavier workloads or challenging accounts
• Assist supervisors in training or onboarding new cleaning technicians on‑site
• Serve as the supervisor's eyes on quality when they are managing multiple areas
• Communicate any issues — staffing, supplies, client concerns, safety — back to the supervisor or operations team promptly

• Assist in deep cleans, move‑in/move‑out cleans, construction cleanup, and periodic service projects

Work Schedule:

• 1st Shift (Day Shift):
  Typically between 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift (Evening Shift):
  Typically between 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift (Overnight Shift):
  Typically between 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Most janitorial positions are on 2nd or 3rd shift, Sunday through Thursday.
