Seasonal Housekeeper

• Ability to understand oral and/or written instructions.
• Ability to follow multi‑step instructions.
• Ability to interact appropriately with customers, government personnel, and team members.
• Must meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on the specified contract(s).
• Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screening and drug tests, as appropriate.

May‑October. Seasonal work may require early morning, late evening, weekend and holiday hours.

Total compensation: $30.01 per hour (includes $25.08 base wage + $4.93 Health & Welfare paid as additional wages). Health & Welfare is provided by the federal government for positions covered under the Services Contract Act (SCA). Paid out to seasonal team members only.

May travel to and from various locations and buildings throughout the year and in various weather conditions. Most work will take place indoors. May work with cleaning chemicals. Must follow the Emergency Operations Work Assignment per customer requirements. May need to work early morning, mid‑morning, afternoon, evening, weekends and holidays. Must be able to bend, crouch, walk, climb stairs and ladders, reach above head, sit (to drive), and lift up to 40 pounds;
