- Auto Body Express Now Hiring – Body Shop Metal Technician Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per Flat Rate Hourly (DOE)

• Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure all work meets Lithia, manufacturer, and insurance standards.
• Verify parts for each repair and document all work and test results.
• Maintain clean and organized work spaces daily.
• Road test vehicles to confirm successful repairs.
• Stay current with training on the latest repair techniques.
• Collaborate constructively with other team members.
• Promote safety and report any risks or concerns to management.

• 1+ years of experience in automotive body/collision repair (preferred).
• Familiarity with body shop tools and equipment.
• Basic mechanical understanding of vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and urgency.
• Great communication skills—written and verbal.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
