Carpet Cleaning Helper​/Technician Assistant

Weseeking a reliable and hardworking Carpet Cleaning Helper to assist our lead technicians with residential and commercial carpet, upholstery, and floor cleaning services. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement into a lead technician role.

• Assist technicians with carpet, upholstery, and floor cleaning services
• Move furniture and prepare work areas
• Set up and operate cleaning equipment
• Load, unload, clean, and maintain company vehicles and equipment
• Perform pre‑and post‑job inspections with technicians
• Communicate professionally with customers on‑site
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
• Assist with water extraction and emergency cleanup services when needed
• Report to work on time and maintain reliable attendance for all scheduled shifts

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Must be dependable and able to report to work every day they are scheduled
• Comfortable working in residential and commercial environments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Leadership experience is preferred but not required
