Saltchuk Aviation is seeking a Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance on Company Aircraft, ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance. You will lead a team of technicians on all scheduled and unscheduled work and manage MEL usage, parts expediting, and status communication.
You will coordinate with NAC Flight Followers, supervise apprentices toward their A&P licensing, and ensure timely documentation and turnover.
