About the roleThe Shire of Ravensthorpe is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our Infrastructure Services Team in a part-time cleaning position based in Hopetoun. This role offers 12.5 hours per week (days to be confirmed).
The primary responsibility of this position is the cleaning and maintenance of campground facilities throughout the Shire, including Mason Bay, Starvation Bay, Hamersley Inlet, Lee Creek, 2 Mile, and 12 Mile campgrounds. In addition to campground cleaning, the successful applicant may also be required to assist with other cleaning duties across various Shire facilities as needed. Duties will include, but are not limited to, vacuuming, dusting and mopping, cleaning toilets and kitchen areas, emptying bins, and maintaining the general cleanliness of facilities.
The successful applicant will demonstrate strong attention to detail and be well organised, honest, reliable and punctual. Full training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure you are well equipped for the role.

ConditionsApplicants must have or be willing to successfully obtain:
- Pre-employment medical including hearing, musculoskeletal and drug and alcohol testing.
- National police clearance (no more than 3 months old).
- Current WA C class Drivers Licence.
This is a Level 3 role offering a total remuneration package starting from $73,700 per annum (pro rata). The final salary will be determined in accordance with the Ravensthorpe Enterprise Bargaining Agreement 2023 and will reflect the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
