Familiarize self with cleaning schedules of residents' apartments and common areas to assure completion of housekeeping tasks;
Perform housekeeping, janitorial tasks, and minor repairs as assigned;
Log and monitor completion of janitorial and repair requests;
Provide laundry services as needed and directed
