RHF Management, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to care for our residential community. You will maintain/buildings’ interior and exterior, handle turnovers, and execute preventative maintenance while keeping the maintenance shop organized and secure.
The role requires the ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, read manuals, and use hand/power tools. Experience with Real Page is a plus;
English communication is essential.
