Renewing Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance for a 100–300 unit community. You will lead a team of 1–5 associates, manage work orders, and ensure safety and quality across the property.
The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication with residents and staff, and adherence to EPA regulations. A high school diploma, 3–5 years of maintenance experience, and EPA Type II certification are required.
