• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and maintenance tasks
• Conduct regular inspections of facility equipment, systems, and grounds to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
• Manage and prioritize maintenance requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve equipment malfunctions and ensures minimal disruption to resident care
• Train and mentor maintenance team members to ensure effective knowledge sharing and skill development
• Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and planning strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime
• Monitor and control budgeted maintenance costs, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiencies
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and customer-focused service within the maintenance team

• 2 years of experience (or equivalent education and training)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate stairs
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to be on-call
