Maintenance Manager
Our client is a Tier 1+2 supplier of injection molded components to German OEMs located in commuting range of Anderson, SC and Gainesville, GA.
The Maintenance Manager will:
- lead a team of 10 technicians and supervisors in their activities on a 2-3 shift operation.
- oversee all functions of the Maintenance area. They will perform the assigned tasks.
- report to the President.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven leadership skills
- 5+ years maintenance experience
- 5+ years plastic injection molding experience
- experience working with German OEM/suppliers
- electrical, HVAC, pneumatic, and robotics training/experience.
- mechanical and electrical aptitude
- good communication skills with floor associates, vendor and managers
