Winn Companies is hiring a Cleaner for Shockley Terrace, a 258-unit affordable housing community in Anderson, SC. The role includes cleaning rental units, common areas, offices, grounds, and parking lots.
Schedule is 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday with a 30‑minute lunch, and the pay range is $16–$18/hour. Responsibilities include cleaning windows, walls, floors, stairwells, laundry rooms, elevators, carpets; removing trash; snow/ice removal; and working per the property's daily schedule.
