Installation team in Boston-Andover plays a key role in delivering high‑quality shower installation and bath remodel experiences to customers.

• Oversee installation teams to install our products effectively and profitably.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes for warehouse operations and pre‑installation measurement.
• Visit job sites to meet customers, resolve issues, and observe employees.
• Provide employees with training on role requirements, working relationships, and company culture.
• Coach employees to increase their effectiveness and meet expectations.
• Continuously improve systems and processes used to deliver outputs.
• Interact with other company managers to support and improve the customer journey.

• Experience in installation, construction, and home remodeling industry.
• Proven success in achieving and reporting KPIs and overseeing revenues of $15MM or more.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team success and employee engagement.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle.
