Andover, MA. Shift: 2nd shift (2:30pm – 11pm). Starting Wage: $19.85/hour. This role is onsite.

• Perform cleaning of assigned areas per instructions.
• Sweep, dry and wet mop floors; strip and clean surfaces.
• Apply waxing, treat, buff, and polish floors.
• Clean and polish desks, office furniture, walls, glass partitions, windows, blinds, and lights.
• Maintain sanitary condition of washrooms.
• Dispose general waste and recycling; move recycling/compost containers to the collection area.
• Sweep outside areas adjacent to doors, sidewalks, and steps.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Perform general maintenance and daily housekeeping of workplace, tools, and equipment.
• Follow safety rules when performing duties.

• Central and portable vacuum systems.
• Clean room grade applicators.
• Mops, brooms, buckets.
• Brushes, roll mops, polishes, soaps, cleaning powders, and solutions.
• Waxes, solvents, isopropyl alcohol.
• Rubber gloves, lint‑free wipers, filter masks.
• Wall washing machines, sweepers, vacuum cleaners.
• Distilled water, buffing machines and attachments, power sweepers.

• Minimum of 1 year related experience in custodial or janitorial duties.
