Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Field/Service Technician
Join our team as a BMS Service Specialist II and become the technical expert our customers rely on. You'll deliver hands‑on installation, maintenance, and repair services that keep critical systems running safely and efficiently while building lasting customer relationships.
What will you do?- Install and commission customer systems according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Conduct preventive, reactive, and corrective maintenance to maximize system reliability and performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues onsite while maintaining strict safety and compliance protocols.
- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions that enhance their operations.
- Active Listening – intermediate level; understanding customer concerns and translating them into effective service actions.
- Customer Orientation – intermediate level; building trust through responsive, reliable technical support.
- Problem Solving – developing level; diagnosing equipment issues and implementing timely solutions.
- Resilience – intermediate level; staying focused and effective under pressure in dynamic field environments.
- Safety Standards – intermediate level; ensuring all work complies with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Maintenance and Repair – developing level; performing hands‑on corrective and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Technical Documentation – developing level; accurately recording service activities and system configurations.
- Time Management – developing level; prioritizing tasks to meet customer commitments and service schedules.
- Must have HS – Associate or tech school education.
- 2+ years experience working with HVAC/Access Control systems.
- Experience installing and servicing low voltage controllers, working with field devices including temperature, humidity, static, pneumatic, electronic actuators and valves, and able to configure and calibrate systems.

Competitive pay range: USD 68,000 – USD 102,000 per year. Includes base pay and short‑term incentives.
