Bms Service Specialist
Join our team as a BMS Service Specialist and become the technical expert our customers rely on. You'll deliver hands-on installation, maintenance, and repair services that keep critical systems running safely and efficiently while building lasting customer relationships. What will you do? Install and commission customer systems according to established procedures and quality standards Conduct preventive, reactive, and corrective maintenance to maximize system reliability and performance Diagnose and resolve technical issues onsite while maintaining strict safety and compliance protocols Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions that enhance their operations

What skills and capabilities will make you successful? Must have HS - Associate or tech school 2+ years experience working with HVAC/Access Control systems installing and servicing low voltage controllers, working with field devices including temperature, humidity, static, pneumatic, electronic actuators and valves, and be able to configure and calibrate systems.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
