Semiconductor Equipment Engineer – 4th Shift (4:30 AM to 5 PM, Friday–Sunday; 3x12 with 4 hours makeup).
Responsibilities- Diagnose equipment issues using experience, system knowledge, and technical manuals.
- Triage and repair equipment based on priority and operational needs.
- Support the Emergency Response Team (ERT) as needed.
Required: University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and/or repairing manufacturing equipment.
- Familiarity with SEMI 10 semiconductor standards.
- Ability to read and understand equipment manuals and schematics.
- Fundamental knowledge of SPC controls with the ability to implement SPC control plans on existing and new equipment.
- Ability to document work and provide detailed pass‑down.
- Ability to extract and analyze tool data.
- Experience with predictive maintenance and SPC controls using FDC software.
- Knowledge of thin‑film metrology, including ellipsometry, XRR, TEM, XPS, and FTIR.
- Proficient use of MS Office products.
- Experience with electrical, electro‑mechanical, and gas systems typical to semiconductor operations.
Experience in maintaining and repairing a variety of semiconductor processing equipment in a clean‑room environment, with future expansion to support a wider range of equipment.
